In the rare event that a product of ours does not meet your expectations we proudly offer a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Returns: You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your lighting fixture. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our team through email, providing your order details and reasons for the return. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item we'll initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Refund window is valid within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges: Sometimes our customers wish to exchange our lighting fixtures for a different colour, model or style. Contact our customer support team and we will guide you through the process, helping you find a suitable replacement.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your lighting fixture arrives damaged contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof and we will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
