In the rare event that a product from us does not meet your expectations, we have a comprehensive refund and return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Returns: You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, please contact our team by email and provide your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds: Once we have received your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt of the return. The refund window is valid within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges: Sometimes our customers want to exchange our lighting fixtures for a different colour, model or style. Contact our customer service team and we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement product.

Damaged items: In the unlikely event that your lighting fixture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof and we will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
